Superb visit to Badger on Saturday. Food and drink superb. Only criticism is that while sitting having dinner there is a lot of vibration due to the music. Rather off putting whilst sitting eating.

Absolute gem of a find for us with the dog, lovely friendly place, staff were amazing. Only let down was the Sunday roast had sold out but still plenty of choice.

Had a great time. We were a little early for our reservation but managed to get a seat anyway. Our servers were lovely and very helpful. The roast was delicious, one of the best I’ve had in edinburgh yet. My mum was given some complimentary Prosecco as it was Mother’s Day which was a great touch. The restaurant itself was lovely and quiet, very comfortable and clean. I have eaten at Badger & Co many times and the quality of food and service has always been second to none. My slight frustration on this visit that, despite booking a table in November for a visit in March, and specifically asking for a table in the lounge dining room, that on arrival I was told all of those tables were booked. This meant we had to sit in the other room - which was more crammed for our party of 5 and not as comfortable in my opinion. The young lady who served us was very nice but sadly the service was very very slow. We waited for over 40 minutes before asking about our meal, which followed about 10 minutes later. Too long. We ordered two standard breakfasts and one Eggs Benedict which although very nice, they were not worth the wait. The restaurant was not overly busy, and other tables came and went during our wait.
