Sorry, I just left a google review. But I didn't include that I've referred several people who have remained patients for years.
I look forward to my cleaning appointments. This was a terrible departure from the norm. My regular hygienist Mary was out and h replacement was a GREAT disappointment. I knew immediately this was not going to end well. Half way through I was ready to get up and leave. My teeth hurt so bad I was unable to eat anything other than soft food that night and had discomfort throughout the weekend. I let Dr. Olivier know dissatisfaction with the procedure. The only upside is that Dr. Olivier is always very kind and caring.
I need to see a report on precisely what the procedures were on my visit earlier this week.
Nice clean office, smiling staff, going to the dentist there is not scarey or horrible

In reference to the repeated computer email reminders, I wish patients could indicate how many times they wish to be reminded so this is tailored more to their needs. I would prefer one reminder while others need more.
My previous experiences with Debbie have not been good. She always seems to busy to answer the questions that I have and I don't have a good feeling when I finish with her to the point that I have asked to work with someone else in the office
I signed in but apparently was not entered as 'present' for the appointment which was confusing. It would be better to complete that step when signing in so as to avoid this confusion in the future.
