It was the most awful & traumatic experience I've ever had at a dental appointment. The cleaning went well, but I let them talk me into the "New Calm" pills instead of my normal sedation. I'm EXTREMELY afraid of the dentist and always have to have sedation, well. The new calm did not work, then the nitrous was not helping either. Then when Dr. Haines tried to numb me it also did not work at all!! Dr. Haines knows I have a history of being difficult to numb up, but it didn't matter. He proceeded to continue what he was doing ... read more

The only negative thing was that I had to wait over 25 minutes from My cleaning until I had work done or a cavity.

I don't feel like I was part of the plan for my proceedures. What I needed to have done was just a decided between Dr. Olivier and the hygienists without any explanation or decision on my part. The proceedures are very expensive. My insurance is out of network so I'm not getting very good rates. I wish you'd have more plans in your network.

I received a prescription for a rinse but I'm not sure when the best time would be to use it ~ before or after brushing my teeth and/or eating; and will it hurt me if I swallow some of it after I rinse? Also when should I stop using the rinse? When the medication is gone? Thanks

I do not like filling out a health questionaire every year. Also there is no need for a social security number to be put on this form. That should remain confidential in the system, not floating around on a form that may be seen by anyine. Not saying folks could be looking for someone SS number, but if they don't need to see it, why even tempt them with it.

Before I saw Dr. Haines, I was presented with a treatment plan with financial detail. I was totally shocked. I had not seen Dr. Haines for quite a while and, certainly, not before this visit. The treatment schedule showed 2 root canals to be done. Total amount: over $6,000.00. I had no prior discussion about this treatment.I had not seen or talked to Dr. Haines. I talked to Dr. Moreland that same day about a tooth that was bothering me, and he went down to see Dr. Haines. I was told to go down to Dr. Haines' office. They ver... read more

I think you do overkill on reminding me of the appointment. 1 phone call and 1 e-mail would be sufficient.
