I was told I had to pay all of my portion and I had not had to do that before for a large treatment. I was told then I could pay half but no other options were explained to me.
Your check out person was argumentative over being able to get me care credit acct. Number...she said she couldn't which was not true..and after several painfully conversations she admitted she could get if I gave her birthrate and soc..which I would have gladly done while thee if she hadn't told me it was impossible for her to get it..she was is informed and not really knowledgeable on the care credit process and just wanted to argue and tell me she couldn't do it...she wanted me to go home and search for card in bedroom wh... read more
There must've been a glitch in the notifications because I received an excessive amount of texts telling me about my appointment, some coming after my appointment.
I spoke with the receptionist/reservationist about the VOLUME of reminders I was receiving, probably almost TWENTY for my last appointment, using even media I didn't know I had!!!! It felt like harassment, frankly, to be reminded at three phone numbers, texts, email, etc. I only need the little white card as I leave the office, and perhaps one reminder the week before. Thanks.
My experience continues to see the front desk staff not responsive when I sign in.
My main complaint was pain from cleaning exclusively using the ultrasound. It felt like I was not listened to about the discomfort. The technician said afterwards that I can pick somebody else next time. Maybe I should have been told going in when a Technician uses the ultrasound exclusively (gum recession means nerves are more exposed, right?).
