I don't feel this is the platform for my comments, I will be calling Monday with the problem.
Give a thought of giving senior citizens who no longer have dental insurance, due to retirement from their job, a break on charges. I don't see why the charges could not be reduced to what the insurance payments were. You accepted those insurance payments then, why not now when we no longer have our insurance.
I would never go anywhere else!
Enough already with the multiple text messages and emails reminding me of my appointment. I probably received 8 or more "reminders." The text message AFTER my appointment was surely unnecessary!
It would be nice if the ultrasound cleaning machine could be used less. It is ok for big stuff, but it is painful.
I have issues with the billing person, I paid a partial payment on $83.00 past due, even though I have Delta dental, then the receipt she gave me I didn't notice until I got home had an extra $94.00 on top of it, no explanation; and I do not believe that I should be billed before it is even put in for claim to my insurance company, it really upset me.
I can't think of anything you don't do well!
They messed up my billing twice in past 2 years and the lady at front desk was pretty rude.
The woman who handled taking my payment did not know what she was doing therefore i could not use my carecredit card to pay like i wanted to. I am not sure that i will return to your office because of this.
