Michael and his team were enthusiastic and responsive from the first initial contact. We had no idea what we were stepping into or what the process would entail, but Michael took the time to thoroughly explain and ensure we had a full understanding of everything and what to expect along the way. When we had questions, they were quick to respond via text, email or phone, whichever we needed in the moment. Highly recommend!

Michael made the home buying process very manageable. This was our first home, and we were quite overwhelmed in the beginning. He explained all the procedures in layman's terms and was very knowledgeable and responsive when we needed questions answered. We had started our mortgage for moving across the country with a large name national lender. Hours after we accepted an offer on our house, the lender told us they could not complete the loan despite having been preapproved for almost 6 months. Michael was able to explain WHY we weren't able to qualify right now, and present options of what we COULD do. I knew we had found someone we could work with.

The Bank South team was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly they were responsive to all inquiries and concerns. We used went through the entire process remotely (moving from New Hampshire to Georgia) even downloaded the mobile application -ReadyLoan- to my phone. All went very smoothly and the process was a breeze. I highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.
