Michael Caputo and his team are amazing. We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions. They patiently and carefully walked us through the process making sure we were comfortable throughout the process. They even responded to questions on the weekend and after hours. My wife and I purchased a home with the help of Carol Schretter. We have never had such a great lender to deal with. She's extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We have never had a lender come to a closing like she did. We recommended her to my son and his mother-in-law and now they are working with her, on there homes. My wife and I went with Bank South Mortgage for our financing needs. They were quick to relay what was needed to make the approval process as smooth as possible. The only problem I had was in the beginning of the process with their availability. There were a couple times when I made arrangements to meet in office to hand deliver paperwork where no one was in the office and I wasn't notified prior to.
