Michael and his team are amazing to work with which includes the technology they utilize. The ability to esign documents that in the past required printing, signing, and scanning is extremely important in the timing needed to apply and close on a loan. Their online system houses all uploaded information and is extremely efficient for both parties. Spent almost a month in contract with a big bank handling my loan only to find out at the end they could not provide a loan for the (non-warrantable) building my condo was in. I’m a realtor in Savannah, and always recommend for my clients to call 2-3 lenders (Bank South and Michael Caputo) always being on that short list! Christie went above and beyond the call of duty for me and my family. We were in a very precarious position, as we were moving from out of state. At the last minute, our previous lender failed to do his job and she picked up the pieces and got us a better deal than what we had with the first lender.
