Micheal and his team were amazing! Building a home in another state is stressful enough but I know I couldn’t have done it without Team Caputo! From when I connected with Micheal he and his team kept me informed and up to date on every detail. They made this entire experience of building/financing our new home a joy. Michael and his team (especially Krista) were creative in their loan program and expeditious in their execution of all required qualifying gates for the loan. This was my second home and I presented them with some unique qualifying challenges. Long story short, I received the lowest fixed APR rate they have originated a loan over the past couple of years. Michael and his team were extremely patient and supportive through our home buying process. Our finances changed throughout and our plans evolved after starting the home search. Michael & his team were absolutely amazing the entire time during our home buying experience! My husband and I being first time home buyers couldn't have chosen a more better team to work with!
Working with Michael to finance our home was an easy process. He and his team responded to all questions in a timely manner. They were patient in answering our questions and making sure we understood the steps in the process.
Kelly work extremely hard with us to get us the best rate possible, she is very approachable and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain things, and went above and beyond to assist us as we had multiple family emergencies arise unexpectedly while we were approaching closing. I wouldn’t work with anybody else.
After working with Paige for two houses now, I can honestly say she makes the entire process as seamless as can be. She is always available to answer any questions and eager to make it as stress free as possible. She also fought hard to get us a fantastic rate.
