The food was good, but be mindful that the restaurant uses its own delivery drivers. The delivery time is longer than usual and food temperature is am issue. If you live in a building, they do not want to delivery to your door.

I have to preface this to write I order from Basil’s a lot This particular order was delivered during a time when call box in outer lobby wasnt working. Driver call ed me on his cell to alert me as I didn’t know. So I had to go downstairs—I explained I was disabled but to give me a minute — I pick up my food — fries were skimpy AND cold — pizza was COLD — pizza looked as if it had been sitting out for awhile — now here’s MY issue — the cheeseburger and the garlic bread was piping hot 🤷🏽‍♀️ so how did some food arrive hot a... read more

The food I received looked like some one picked at it there was barely any fries 2 bite marks on 2 separate wings and the salmon salad let me get on that first the salmon was over cooked secondly it looked like someone ate half of the meat of the salmon because there was skin with no meat on it, I order from these ppl before its usually good but this experience was by far the worse truly the most disgusting disappointment to say the least!!!!!
