Asked for thin crust, nobody seems to care
Restaurant is fine, the delivery driver, however, left the food on the narrow ledge, right against the storm door, so no matter what I do, if I try to open it, it will knock the food down to platform below, and will tip it over. Now this says that most likely this driver did that on purpose, because otherwise he would have to be an imbecile, who is not capable of making the most basic of logical decisions and should not be trusted to operate a vehicle on the road.
Order not complete missing
The food is good but the delivery man did not bring the food in a protective bag that can protect the food from the heat is a little bit cold and the food did come in a little bit cold.
The lasagna was not good, it smelled bad and tasted bad. I noticed the noodles on the bottom were very dark in color and where the bad smell and taste originated. I think it was too old. I threw it away.
Not much sauce. Please add more sauce!!
Basils used to be my go to spot for pizza because they offered stuff crust, which is different than other pizza restaurants in the area. They have since removed it from their menu. To me the pizza does not taste any better or worst than any of the other places in the area. The stuff crust made it unique. I agree with many other customers that the delivery drivers are lazy....i have requested contact free delivery numerous times and they refuse to come into the building and deliver the food at the door. Soooo the delivery driver was lazy and sucks. This isn’t a reflection of Basil Pizza but the delivery driver. The food was phenomenal but why couldn’t he bring the food too the door as requested and paid for? Why stand inside the secured building instead of bringing it to my place. The point of convenience is that it works with what is easiest for me.
