Soooo the delivery driver was lazy and sucks. This isn’t a reflection of Basil Pizza but the delivery driver. The food was phenomenal but why couldn’t he bring the food too the door as requested and paid for? Why stand inside the secured building instead of bringing it to my place. The point of convenience is that it works with what is easiest for me. I would not order again, quality was poor and greasy

There was no extra cheese on pizza as requested but you charged me for it. Jalapeno poppers were burnt fried not edible, and didnt provide any ranch sauce as requested for breadsticks.
Did not put in onion rings on our order. Was asked for a credit but was told since they didn't charge me for the green peppers and the jalapeños then it's even. Even though the driver said that they extra toppings were at no charge.
Sandwich was warm and soggy and the fries were warm too. For the money spent wasn't worth the money.
My pizza came and was all crushed on one side of the box like it had been carried to my house sideways.
The food was late, cold and not good. The salad was wilted and old. Not only that but they refused to leave the food out front for no contact order, they banged on my door until I came running. Some of the stuff we ordered wasn’t available but they still charged me for it and I’m pissed. Will not be ordering from here again.
The person in charge of phone calls was courteous. The delivery was estimated to arrive between 1:30-1:40pm. I placed the order in the morning yet the order arrived at 2pm... Detials: The person managing phone calls said the driver left at 1:20 so he should have arrived by 1:40. I called at 1:45 to check on where the driver could be. I was given an update at 1:55pm.
