I normally love the food and order from here at least 3 times a month but today it did not taste good at all. Taste like old grease. Probably will not be ordering from here again that is how bad it was.
Ordered a “NY style” pizza. Large, pepperoni. Pretty okay..not NY style, as advertised. Worth the price, however. Also ordered the “NEW” sampler that was to include onion rings. There were none. Lotsa fried zucchini, though! Nah..not for $8.99 You’d think a place called Basil’s would have a more prominent basil flavor in the sauce..hmm🤔 Other than that, the delivery guy was nice. No idea🤷🏻♂️
They Forgot Items
I want a refund
The driver that drop off the food was rude and asked for a cash tip. Which was truly rude of him.
My food was over fried and cold. I could hardly eat it. I paid 16$ and most of it still sits here. Bummer.
Pasta was burnt. They forget to also include extra Tzaziki sauce with my Gyro. Plus, driver originally went to incorrect address. And when driver finally arrived at my correct address, he handed my food in a ripped bag, and the food was falling out, not stable.
Order never came and the restaurant said they delivered it and has a person open the door and get it. Could not describe the person, or anything in front of my apartment. Acted as if I was lying and would only offer another order for half price (after paying for the first). Glad I used GrubHub and not through them. Never got food but GrubHub refunded me thankfully. Will not order from here again, despite doing so previously.
The Delivery Guy called me from an incorrect address, and he thought he was already at my location, when he had actually not arrived, yet.
