I ordered and paid for eight thighs. They gave me two
The food I received looked like some one picked at it there was barely any fries 2 bite marks on 2 separate wings and the salmon salad let me get on that first the salmon was over cooked secondly it looked like someone ate half of the meat of the salmon because there was skin with no meat on it, I order from these ppl before its usually good but this experience was by far the worse truly the most disgusting disappointment to say the least!!!!!
Usually the fried chicken is delicious but they must have given me some that had been sitting all day it was dry and I could not eat it
The salad was missing dressing and the garlic bread had no garlic
Food was delivered extremely late and was cold.
Got the grilled chicken salad and the photo looks nothing like what you receive. The photo shows long nice strips of plenty of chicken... what you receive is a few small round grizzly pieces of chicken. The salad was abundant but the chicken was awful.. they need to take that picture down due to false advertising. Thank you,
Wrong order delivered.
Will not order from again. Menu said certain items included on subs, but those default items were not included. Only the additional, optional $$ items were added. Breading on fried items too salty.
I like Basil's when others deliver their food. Unfortunately, the restaurant is handling delivery now. Not only did the driver ignore our no-contact delivery instructions (leave at front door and send a text), he rang the bell twice, knocked loudly, and was still standing there when we opened the door. I had to tell him multiple times to put the food down and leave.
