The nurse or doctor helper took to much time tonbring the estimate
Staff is amazing ! They worked me in for all appointments when I needed! Very informative staff!
Their knowledge and kindness made the whole process so much easier!! Loved the whole staff, which is unusual in a medical clinic!
The doctor and the team was very nice, compassionate and eager to answer any questions I had. They made me feel very comfortable. They seemed to really care about my feelings and wanted to make sure i understood the procedures suggested. I always felt like I was in good hands!
Staff was friendly, doctor Basu was great and so was miss Vivaine.
All seemed very knowledgable.
I feel that prior to surgery, the staff was very attentive to my needs. However, after the surgery was performed I didn't feel the same level of attention and patient care. Each follow up visit I was seen by a different person and even though all of te staff was very friendly, it seemed like there was no information being shared between staff members and they weren't even sure what I was there for on 2 of the visits. Given that I had an issue with one of my incisions, I expected a little better follow up care from the staff.
