Bath fitters were very professional. The people that installed the new tub were polite, and informed me on any questions I had. I would highly recommend Bath fitters to my family and friends. I love my new shower and tub.
Its a little pricey and make sure you understand everything they're going to do.

They did an excellent job. Very pleased.
I had two bathroom rooms converted both showers first ones great person was great. The second day, I said a different person did shoddy work.� Damage, my faucet, my fixtures I had put in had to come back and try to repaint them. The faucet was reversed so when you tried to hide it with a cold, cold and hot, so sent out another group and said well they thought they could fix it but they could not fix it because they have to tear the shower back out so they sent out a fourth person. When they ask for photos, make sure to send a photo of the entire tub area. Not just the damaged area. They asked for pictures of the crack. That's what I sent. When they arrived I was charged another $150.00 because there was a back splash around the tub. But the service technician, John. Was very polite and professional. I don't blame him for the extra charge. The sales guy just didn't ask enough questions to give me an accurate quote. We'll see about the value. They wouldn't guarantee the tub wouldn't re-crack.
