When they ask for photos, make sure to send a photo of the entire tub area. Not just the damaged area. They asked for pictures of the crack. That's what I sent. When they arrived I was charged another $150.00 because there was a back splash around the tub. But the service technician, John. Was very polite and professional. Dennis did not do what I asked him to do He spent 8 hours in 2 days went to the hardware store 3 times visited my home 4 times and he left my water running 24 hrs and my plumbing was not fixed I hired another plumber so I paid 2 times for 1 job
unable to keep initial apt due to lack of section on truck tub is very slippery when wet despite a "slip-proof" surface
Work was completd in one day, but just placing call back to address one of the ribber trim pieces on door that may b loose.
