BPVH is always so accommodating of my cat's needs. They follow-up when they say they will and they even carry the diet food my cat needs so it's easy to access. The staff is so nice and always remember's Theo :)
Met with Dr. Berk and Nancy (Technician). They were both very gentle with my French Bulldog (who hurt her back and was having trouble getting around. Dr. Berk explained everything very well and he didn't push us to spend more on extra things that might not be needed (X-Rays).
Kerry(Dr. Mclaughlin) was more than wonderful with our doggie Bruce. She listened thoroughly and gave great advice on his behavior issues. She was super knowledgeable and understanding. We came all the way from Brooklyn to see her! I for sure recommend Kerry and Battery Park Vet Hospital. They couldn't have been sweeter!
This review is for Dr. McLaughlin only. I do not use Dr. Berk. Two years ago, I came here after my previous vet, the one everyone in the neighborhood seems to use, would diagnose based on my dogs breed, rather than symptoms. This method always included excessive use of steroids and antibiotics to treat conditions that could easily have been cured using less aggressive methods. I have been bringing my kitties to this office for 20years and have never had anything but excellent care for my pets. I have brought many kitties to this facility over the years and they always great me with a smile and are ready for the office visit. Even when I havd to bring a pet in with an emergency, they are able to see us. The professional staff and knowledgable Drs, Berk and McLaughlin, are what keeps me coming back to Battery Park Veterinary Hospital.

I have used Battery Park Vets ever since we moved to NY from Sydney. My cat got really sick and they diagnosed her quickly and she was treated. The amazing thing was that they were so kind and generous with their time. They cared for both our cats and their owners. Both Dr's McLauglin and Berk are awesome. Best hospital. They basically saved my dog's life in the early months after adopting her. There's always an appointment available when I need one. The staff is super friendly and empathetic. Dr. Berk, in particular, is just amazing and absolutely never makes me feel rushed.
