I found a handsome stray in Lower Manhattan. BPVH was the closest vet. They fit me in right away. They were so friendly and kind. The vet explained everything they would do and pricing. He seems to really love what he does. The techs were pros at handling the kitty. The office gave me a stray cat discount. I wish I lived in Battery Park so I could take my two cats here.

highly recommended I walked by this realty company one day and decided to drop in just to collect some information about the neighborhood. An agent by the name Tom met me and patiently answered all my questions. He is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeably of the city real estate market.
Very Good Experience I moved to the area recently and loved my old vet. Iread some mixed reviews of this hospital, but they are very close by. I have gone twice now and love the place. Service is great, the 2 vets I have seen were very focused on my dog, Lou, and he actually seemed to like them as well. He eats a special diet that I have to get there so that is convenient for me. Cost is the one drawback. $95 to do a stool sample analysis is unreasonable. I worked at a clinic and we did the analysis on site - it took about 5 minutes max and we charged customer $10.
It's really a rip off!
