Jermaine was extremely helpful when I bought my 2013 Nissan Altima. The staff at Bay Ridge Nissan was extremely friendly and patient. They really went out of their way to make sure the process was easy and clean. They did not try to rip me off like many other posts say. When signing my finance contract, all the numbers were crystal clear.
Great sales personal and management, they were all very patient and willing to work with me to lease my 2013 Nissan Altima. Also, very informatiive about the cars.

Maurice was very professional he had a great amount of knowledge of all vehicles. He allowed us to test drive several vehicles before we chose one. Also, Maurice stayed in contact while making our decision but was not forceful. He also did several follow up calls to see if everything was fine. He is a great asset to your dealership.

This was my second lease , service was great. The dealership and sales people were courteous, I would recommend this dealership to family and friends and I would go back for a third lease.
