Purchasing experience was good, felt like a got a fair trade in price for my vehicle and based on cars.com and paid a fair price for the car I purchased. Craig was personable and understood that I did not want to go back and forth with negotiations, just wanted to get to the bottom line, which we did in reasonable time. Only down side was once everything was negotiated there was an extremely long wait to see the finance manager as was Sunday and they were shorthanded in that area.
I had a new addition to my family so I needed a car with more room. I wasn't exactly sure of what I wanted so I needed help in making a choice. My salesperson Mohamed Negm was excellent. He was very informative, patient and helped me choose the perfect car for me and my family to have. This is the third car I have had in my life so I've delt with salespeople in the past. After a not so good experience with someone else at the dealership, Denisse contacted me to find out what transpired. She was very attentive and ensured that all my needs were met in a very professional manner. The whole experience with sales man Eddie P. was an amazion experience he took the time out to go through all my needs, went over different options and prices and affordabitiy.
