Excellent service from the second I walked through the door. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable on Nissan products. Chris and Daniel are the reason I resigned.
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and attentive. They helped us to work within our budget to find a vehicle that work for my wife and I and our newborn. They were able to get the vehicle we wanted within a couple of days and we signed all the paperwork and picked up the vehicle within an hour. Overall experience was great and will definitely return to them when this lease expires.
"Mo" was an extremely professional salesman whose main purpose was to be sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. He did everything in his power to ensure we chose the right vehicle for us and was instrumental in getting our vehicle ready in a very timely fashion. Purchasing experience was good, felt like a got a fair trade in price for my vehicle and based on cars.com and paid a fair price for the car I purchased. Craig was personable and understood that I did not want to go back and forth with negotiations, just wanted to get to the bottom line, which we did in reasonable time. Only down side was once everything was negotiated there was an extremely long wait to see the finance manager as was Sunday and they were shorthanded in that area.
I had a new addition to my family so I needed a car with more room. I wasn't exactly sure of what I wanted so I needed help in making a choice. My salesperson Mohamed Negm was excellent. He was very informative, patient and helped me choose the perfect car for me and my family to have. This is the third car I have had in my life so I've delt with salespeople in the past.
