This was my second lease , service was great. The dealership and sales people were courteous, I would recommend this dealership to family and friends and I would go back for a third lease.
Overall experience was great. Everything was handled very efficiently and in a professional manner. I also felt that everything was explained clearly and that the salesperson I was working with was very knowledgeable.
As a customer Of Bay Ridge Nissan, I am taking my time to rate them and most importantly to recommend Christian Ortiz. I am happy to say that he is a great salesman and very diligent and makea things happen. A downfall was the fact that it took long but I do have to say it was worth the wait. I just bought a 2012 Nissan Versa SV and love it. The car drives very smoothly and has a lot of interior and trunk space. It's also great on gas mileage. I am very happy with my new Versa, although i must say that i still have to get used to driving it. I have always driven sedan cars, and this is my first experience with a small mini van.
