we visited bayridge nissan on 12/31/11 we were looking for a new suv not to big good on gas with navigation leather seats heated seats and this nice guy named Mena welcome us and showed us this nice looking Rogue 2012 with all the things we were looking for my husband ask me is this the truck u want rest is history love the truck has nice ride good on gas Thanks to Mena for being so helpful, everything was done right then and their perfect THANK YOU MENA AND ALL WHO MADE IT EASY FOR US
Danny was an awesome salesman whose professionalism and knowledge was exceptional. He was completely thorough in filling us in on all the details of the car we were interested in and answered all of our questions honestly. He encouraged us to take a test drive and was very informative on the features of the car. Working with him was a pleasure and he made our car buying experience wonderful!
I went in looking to buy a used Nissan 2009 quest but left in a brand new 2012 quest... I love the car and feel like I was given a fairly reasonable offer. My sales associate was Richard and he was very patient, ( as I had 3 little boys with me), friendly (he was nice enough to offer them snacks to help appease them during the boring paper work), and fairly quick with the whole deal considering how busy the store was. I recently visited the Bay Ridge Nissan dealership and left with a new 2012 Nissan Rogue. I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED WITH VERY NICE RECEPTIONIST. I WORKED WITH MENA AND HE WAS GREAT. I SPOKE WITH REGGIE ALSO HE HAD LOTS OF RESPECT FOR ME AS A VALUE CUSTOMER. I WORKED WITH MIKE S THE FINANCE MANGER WENT WELL. THE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH ALL MY PAPER WORKING INCLUDING LICENSE PLATES WERE GREAT & TIMLY FASHION.
Only good things to say about this dealership, I’ve recently leased my third car from them and once again overwhelmed with the service. I’ve been going to the same person for the past 3 times his name is Sasha Shartilov, very professional, patient and a respectful guy. He knows every detail about everything, answered all my question, weight out all of my options to give me the best deal then anyone other dealership gave me.
