Jermaine was extremely helpful when I bought my 2013 Nissan Altima. The staff at Bay Ridge Nissan was extremely friendly and patient. They really went out of their way to make sure the process was easy and clean. They did not try to rip me off like many other posts say. When signing my finance contract, all the numbers were crystal clear.

Maurice was very professional he had a great amount of knowledge of all vehicles. He allowed us to test drive several vehicles before we chose one.
