I looked around for a used car at several different dealerships. Where ever i went it seemed like the salesman wanted me to look at something different then what I was looking for. Steve was very instrumental in helping me find a car that I liked and felt comfortable in. He was extremely friendly and polite. I would definitely go back to him when purchasing a new vehicle.

Came to trade in my 2010 standard altima that I had gotten here last year, for something a little bigger and fully loaded. It was time for an upgrade now that I got my beginner car out of the way. I spoke with Andre, who had also sold me my first car. He is very friendly and helpful, and I will only go to him now. I was greeted by a friendly staff upon my arrival. I then met with Mr. Emerson who was very friendly,professional and accommodating. He kept me abreast of whatever was going on. A few days after my purchase, I had a few questions and concerns, I called him and was very pleased with the response. Overall my experience at Bay Ridge Nissan was a very pleasant one.
Great dealer phenomamal sales..great year end sales I didnt think id be able to get a car so quick in such short timee but it workdd out very well thanks guys I only wish I came sooner so I wouldnt be stuck in the cold for the last 2 or 3 months! Hope to work with you guys again soon

They were very accomodating and will really work with you on pricing. They went out of their way and spent many hours on the phone with the bank to get me a great interest rate. these guys are amazing! i can't believe how nice the staff was and how quick the process could be. With my credit not being so high, I was expecting long delays and even denials, but everything went smooth when I was at the dealership. I'm really looking forward to coming back in here when I'm ready to go car shopping again!
