I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED WITH VERY NICE RECEPTIONIST. I WORKED WITH MENA AND HE WAS GREAT. I SPOKE WITH REGGIE ALSO HE HAD LOTS OF RESPECT FOR ME AS A VALUE CUSTOMER. I WORKED WITH MIKE S THE FINANCE MANGER WENT WELL. THE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH ALL MY PAPER WORKING INCLUDING LICENSE PLATES WERE GREAT & TIMLY FASHION.

Only good things to say about this dealership, I’ve recently leased my third car from them and once again overwhelmed with the service. I’ve been going to the same person for the past 3 times his name is Sasha Shartilov, very professional, patient and a respectful guy. He knows every detail about everything, answered all my question, weight out all of my options to give me the best deal then anyone other dealership gave me. I’m very thankful for his help I love my new Maxima… Thank You Sasha !!!

Shopped a few other dealers and this was the only one that was willing to work with me and fit me in the car I wanted at the budget I needed to be in. I will recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car.

About a month ago I purchased my second car in 4 years from Bay Ridge Nissan. I traded in my '07 Sentra for a new '11 Rogue. The process was real smooth and quick. They gave me the best price I'd seen on the Rogue, more than I was thinking I would get on my trade in, and the salesman Darren was very knowledgeable and informative. After 2 good experiences in 4 years, I would definitely recommend a friend to this dealership.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greated and asked if I needed any help. Within seconds someone was there to help me. Sales person really knew everything I had a question about. Could havenot adkef for better service. I explained what my budget was amd they went above and beyond to keep me within my price range. Would definitely recommend this dealer and will be coming back when im ready to get another vehicle.

i didnt have a bad experience at all.I walked in to find a car in my budget. i was given a sales guy (andre ) he showed me some cars in my price range i found a cute sentra.. we settled on a price which was not bad at all.i saw a finance manager the same day and picked up my vehicle the next. i found the staff at the dealership helpful from the minute i walked in. my experience was pretty good i would recommend them to my friends

Be careful, they will promise you everything - in the end I got nothing, they weren't able to get me a car they have promised, plus it took them 2 weeks to return my deposit. Also they have some crazy Document Fees, which other dealers in NY don't have. And be careful with the price, cause they will give you an attractive price, but when you'll sign the papers you'll see some Fees appear from nowhere. Went to a dealer in Long Island and got the car cheaper and w/o hassles and BS that Bay Ridge gives you.

my husband and i went in looking to buy a 2008 nissan because we couldnt afford a 2011. emerson came and greeted us right away. he was patient, listened carefully and explained the pricing. he showed us around, spent time with us and was very professional and polite. we went home to talk it over and we agreed to a 2011 sentra instead of an altima or maxima. we went back and asked for emerson. it was his day off but when they called him, he came in to the dealership in 20 minutes. i had my heart set on red and there would be ... read more
