these guys are amazing! i can't believe how nice the staff was and how quick the process could be. With my credit not being so high, I was expecting long delays and even denials, but everything went smooth when I was at the dealership. I'm really looking forward to coming back in here when I'm ready to go car shopping again!

I had a great expreience at Bay Ridge Nissan. Saw a car on autotrader, 2006 Armada. i called and spoke to a gentleman named John who went to check on the availability of the car ( i had been looking everywhere and they sell quickly). Once I got there the receptionist called over Charlie who was very helpful. He went over all the features and the price was great, at least $2500 better than anywhere I had looked at this car had everything DVD, navigation the works. I had an 8am appointment and my car hasn't been taken in until 11am. This previously happened and after a bad review, Carmine asked me to come in and they got me in and out without paperwork in one hour. Now I'm back again for the same collision malfunction issue (they don't have records of the previous one as they didn't record it). Do not buy these car. I just got back from almost getting ripped off by Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge. Last week I brought my Nissan Rogue for a repair, the airbag light was on. They completed the repair amongst other warranty work that was needed due to their keen eyes. The also let me know I needed additional maintenance performed. Come in they say it'll be a couple hours to determine what's wrong with the vehicle. After just over 2 hours I received an update they are working on the car to determine why my sensors are yet again not working on my brand new 2024 Altima. Took a stroll outside to get some fresh air after that update and saw the car parked outside under the expressway. They haven't even seen the car yet. This place is so shady and the salesmen and owners lie to get you to sign with them. Don’t trust them I regret it a lot. Look up their complaints on BBB.

I won't be returning to this location to lease or buy a car ever again, as these people are liars and thieves of your time and nerves. You never get what they promised or what you expect. I did mistake to come to Bayridge Nissan 03/01/2024. The manager and salesman promised me that they already had the Nissan Rogue 2024 even they said this car in front of them just and the lease won't be more than $500., just come and take it.
