Great dealer phenomamal sales..great year end sales I didnt think id be able to get a car so quick in such short timee but it workdd out very well thanks guys I only wish I came sooner so I wouldnt be stuck in the cold for the last 2 or 3 months! Hope to work with you guys again soon

GREAT DEALERSHIP!!!!I financed a Nissan Murano LE from Bay Ridge Nissan a couple of weeks ago and was very pleased with the customer service. They were very accomodating and will really work with you on pricing. They went out of their way and spent many hours on the phone with the bank to get me a great interest rate. I understand that is their job but I went in and gave them a number I could afford and they came very close to that price. We went to many dealerships before them and no one came close to the price. these guys are amazing! i can't believe how nice the staff was and how quick the process could be. With my credit not being so high, I was expecting long delays and even denials, but everything went smooth when I was at the dealership. I'm really looking forward to coming back in here when I'm ready to go car shopping again!

great dealership with a wide variety of cars to pick from! At first, I was a little hesitant coming to this dealership, but after speaking with Angela on the phone, she assured me the vehicle I was looking at online was in stock, and that the price could be negotiable upon my arrival at the dealership. When I got there, I found the car I was looking for, Angela had a salesperson from her team ready to greet me at the door and show me the exact vehicle. I had a great expreience at Bay Ridge Nissan. Saw a car on autotrader, 2006 Armada. i called and spoke to a gentleman named John who went to check on the availability of the car ( i had been looking everywhere and they sell quickly). Once I got there the receptionist called over Charlie who was very helpful. He went over all the features and the price was great, at least $2500 better than anywhere I had looked at this car had everything DVD, navigation the works. I had an 8am appointment and my car hasn't been taken in until 11am. This previously happened and after a bad review, Carmine asked me to come in and they got me in and out without paperwork in one hour. Now I'm back again for the same collision malfunction issue (they don't have records of the previous one as they didn't record it). Do not buy these car. Even a service rep told me the collision sensors are super sensitive and can be damaged easily. When you want to buy a car, everyone is nice. In a few months you're at the ... read more

I just got back from almost getting ripped off by Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge. Last week I brought my Nissan Rogue for a repair, the airbag light was on. They completed the repair amongst other warranty work that was needed due to their keen eyes. The also let me know I needed additional maintenance performed. Come in they say it'll be a couple hours to determine what's wrong with the vehicle. After just over 2 hours I received an update they are working on the car to determine why my sensors are yet again not working on my brand new 2024 Altima. Took a stroll outside to get some fresh air after that update and saw the car parked outside under the expressway. They haven't even seen the car yet. This place is so shady and the salesmen and owners lie to get you to sign with them. Don’t trust them I regret it a lot. Look up their complaints on BBB.
