First let me say I had 14 year relationship with was bay ridge nissan, I bought my car from this dealership and my car had been serviced only approximately twice from another nissan dealership. This dealership has now been taken over by scammers, I will be taking legal action against this dealership. I took my car to the dealership and spent thousands of dollars on repairs over 5,000 dollars on repairs. THEY ARE THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH, I HAVE BEEN LEASING CARS SINCE THE MID 80S,AFTER ALL THE WHEELING AND DEALING, I WAS TOLD THEY ANT DELIEVER THE CAR

Stay away! !!!!!! Total crooks! The CVT transmission of my car broke. Since it is still under warranty I went to Nissan Bay Ridge in NY to get it fixed. The service manager, told me upfront that he needs to do a diagnosis on the vehicle. Couple days later he called me, saying that he needed to perform a transmission fluid flush and reprogrammed my transmission and it will cost me $750 (!), although it was under warranty which I told him but he was insisting that it wasn't the case. Worst dealership ever. Don’t buy anything from them. They charge double the price and try to sell extra warranty which is completely useless. Be careful don’t sign any paper before read the agreement completely.

My experience at this dealership was terrible. They were extremely dishonest when telling me what service was necessary . I was charged an astronomical amount of money for an air-bag module. I was told my front axle was broken . I did not allow them to repair it. I took it to my mechanic & he said nothing was broken. They lie & try to scam. Quarters that I kept in car were missing. What low-lifes.

"It was my first time and my last time at this..." It was my first time and my last time at this dealership’s service department. Zero stars. I had the unfortunate opportunity to be assigned to a service advisor named Ali. I informed him that I was taking a 1200 mile trip the next day and I went in for a simple tire rotation and oil change and wiper replacement (over $160) He tried to convince me to get other maintenance services but I declined. "Worst place ever...Salesman Nasir and Jesus -need to..." Worst place ever...Salesman Nasir and Jesus -need to take customer service classes. It's been 3 weeks, waiting to buy a car. No one follows -up - very sad. I definitely would NOT recommend this place. I was anxious buyer. ZERO stars...Poor representation of NISSAN.
