No follow up called multiple times as I purchased a new car and their team convinced me to buy a different one from what I was going in for. Then sold an extra warranty that I was tricked into buying as it was sold as free but it wasn’t. So now I have 3 warranties on the car running the same time that cover almost the same thing. Been trying to call to get this resolved and getting the run around.

Robbed my friend of $6000 and didn’t fix tge issue don’t bring your car to them for repairs
Tried giving the service center another chance. thanks EPIC fail! AC working fine brought in for oil change and Cabin Filter replacement. AC not working now! Nissan NA now notified

If I could give the service department zero stars I would. Tried charging and over charging for work on my vehicle that was not needed. I will be reporting to BBB
No Stars, Strongly NOT recommended. I had Ford Explorer 2020 with two payments left in March 2023. I was just looking around for cars and on March 17 2023, I visited Nissan of Bay Ridge. Youssef, the sales person offered me Nissan Pathfinder 2023 and told me that they will take care of the two payment which is left for Ford Explorer. I agreed and leased the Pathfinder on the very same day. There happened lot of miscommunication between Youssef and his manager. Bate and switch. I saw the price of a Nissan Rogue online for $13K, I sent a message to the Empire team. They texted back and confirmed the pricing and set an appointment with me. Shortly before my 2 hour drive down to the dealer, I gave the dealership a call to check the if the car was available and the price again. I'd recommend going with another dealership or shop. I've never left a bad review for a business, but I'm going to do so here. Long story short, we went in with two car keys, left with one broken one that Empire says isn't there fault and won't cover. Out $250 there. We were also told a much lower price for the work initially, and then we were charged a much larger amount and told that is what they initially told us...trust me, it wasn't.
