I would recommend Bay Ridge Nissan, they understood what I was looking for and within in my price range. What really impressed me was the friendly dealer I worked with who really tried to work with me and my situation and I really got a good deal with my new 2009 Nissan Versa. I could tell the dealer really loves his job and is true to his word, which is really hard to find these days. I would recommend Bay Ridge Nissan as a top choice when searching for a car.

From the first introduction at the dealership to the final transfer of the vehicle, the sales and financial staff have been very coperative and provided all necessary information regarding the vehicle and pricing options. I was unsure what to expect, but have been dealt with in a very professional manner. I would strongly recommend the dealership and its staff.

I have a pleasnat experience with this salesperson Eric Ko, He is very honest, friendly and professional, he is very patient with me without any pressure and uneasy feeling. The transaction was very smooth and straightforward, he spend time with me at the pick up and explain everything with me. This is my first purchase with Bay Ridge Nissan and I'm definiately recommand my friends and family to use their service! Thanks again Eric and great job!

Eric Ko is a true car dealer (not your typical NON-CARING SALESMAN). he assisted me with all the questions i had and guided me in finding the right new car for my parents. He was able to accommodate me with information that was direct and on task. Other dealerships treated me poorly. i was given the cold shoulder many times (koeppel nissan) only because i was searching for the appropriate car for my parents and NOT buying the car as soon as i walked into the dealership. I looked around for a used car at several different dealerships. Where ever i went it seemed like the salesman wanted me to look at something different then what I was looking for. Steve was very instrumental in helping me find a car that I liked and felt comfortable in. He was extremely friendly and polite. I would definitely go back to him when purchasing a new vehicle.

Came to trade in my 2010 standard altima that I had gotten here last year, for something a little bigger and fully loaded. It was time for an upgrade now that I got my beginner car out of the way. I spoke with Andre, who had also sold me my first car. He is very friendly and helpful, and I will only go to him now. I was greeted by a friendly staff upon my arrival. I then met with Mr. Emerson who was very friendly,professional and accommodating. He kept me abreast of whatever was going on. A few days after my purchase, I had a few questions and concerns, I called him and was very pleased with the response. Overall my experience at Bay Ridge Nissan was a very pleasant one.
