Coming to Bay Ridge Nissan we knew from the start that getting a finance deal would not be easy since our credit rating was not up to speed. When we could not get approved by Nissan's Finance Dept., Barry called us on the phone as well as well as Jose Navarez. It took 2 days to set up. Barry made many phone calls and worked hard with Jose Navarez and Mike, the Sales Manager, until 10:00 pm and got a deal signed through Capital Auto Finance. Initially I did not even consider Bay Ridge Nissan for my new car purchase because of previous experience with this dealership. However, their relatively recent change in operation method (May 2014) gave me a reason to give this dealership another chance, primarily because this dealership is the most convenient location for me to buy a new car. i like how chi work with me so much cause he give me comfortable feeling when I buying this car, no stress and no pressure. Chi spent so much time to explain to me how to work the car. Even I take the car home and I still had some questions about the car and he willing to help me without any questions or problem. He is very nice sales man.
