the residents in general are happy, cheerful group who love to get out and enjoy life. We have 2 bus which takes us out to the parks and restaurant's. My wife and I have enjoyed our decade here.

very comfortable and friendly place made a lot of friends and treated very well - accommodation are very good also - transportation and help when needed

The front desk person and other staff go well out of there way to ensure my happiness and safety. Courteous professionalism is there object, excellence is there standard. The staff make Baytowers a wonderful place to reside.

What I like the most about the Bay Towers at Bixby Knolls is that it has a peaceful and calm atmosphere. I would recommend this community to other families and in fact I have already recommend them.

The staff at Bixby Knolls Towers is really caring and attentive to the needs of the residents. I am confident that my dad is safe and well cared for.
Bixby Knolls was a great experience for my loved one. They really liked it there and had great care. Unfortunately we had to move my loved one to another retirement home closer to my sister. My loved one was too far from her to help care for them. We had no issues whatsoever that I'm aware of during my loved one's stay. My loved one especially loved the food.
