The front desk person and other staff go well out of there way to ensure my happiness and safety. Courteous professionalism is there object, excellence is there standard. The staff make Baytowers a wonderful place to reside.
All of the categories listed about - one through 6 has made it a great experience so far. The value for cost is just little pricey. What I like the most about the Bay Towers at Bixby Knolls is that it has a peaceful and calm atmosphere. I would recommend this community to other families and in fact I have already recommend them.
The staff at Bixby Knolls Towers is really caring and attentive to the needs of the residents. I am confident that my dad is safe and well cared for.
Bixby Knolls was a great experience for my loved one. They really liked it there and had great care. Unfortunately we had to move my loved one to another retirement home closer to my sister. My loved one was too far from her to help care for them. We had no issues whatsoever that I'm aware of during my loved one's stay. My loved one especially loved the food.
If you need a place that is a safe haven for when you're old, this is a great place to be. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make the resident's lives easier. The community allows pets. The food is really good, and has improved since other family had been there. There is fresh hand-made soup each day as one of the courses.
