My husband and I are very happy with Bayonet. Your technician, John Eurell, just left. He was very professional, courteous and most helpful. My husband had numerous questions for him about the merits of keeping our AC on while we are away. He took the time to answer all our questions. We can go back to Canada knowing that our unit is in good shape.
Recently Bayonet technicians Oscar Norori and Marcos Rivera visited my home to perform MVP inspections of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. The inspections were thorough and efficient. Tom Benson has been our Air Conditioning tech for several years. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain what he is doing and why. Tom never has a problem when I come up with off-the-wall questions, and answers them honestly. He is definitely a keeper :)
Had John Eurell from Bayonet stop by today to tell us our options on replacing our air conditioning system. He was very knowledgeable,friendly and most important he was honest.He was able to answer all of our questions as well as tell us our finance options that are available to us. I have to say he put out minds at ease knowing that we don't have to replace immediately. When we do need to replace the system we will definitely be calling Bayonet. Thanks guys !!!!
