Last night air con went out, even the thermostat went black... so I called up Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and AC to ask them for a service call. The lady told me about the possibility of it being a clogged condensation pipe. We went out and shop vac'd the pipe, flushed it out with the hose and low and behold it worked again!! Yeah!! Your company is awesome!

These people pray on elderly disabled veterans. These scumbags charged $400 to put a shop vac on ac drain. Please don’t use this business

My HVAC system is still under warranty. Due to the recent storms that have impacted Florida my HVAC system stopped working. I called "Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning" and they charged me $99 to have an "assessment of the unit" although I am still under warranty. They then communicated I needed a new compressor which was still under warranty. However, unless I agree to have their technician's replace the compressor they will not ship me the part. My experience with Bayonet has been frustrating, not because of the technicians but because of the office. My first appointment was rescheduled due to an emergency repair, and I had to wait two months for a new one. When the technician finally returned, it was raining, so they couldn’t complete the job. Have a water leaking from the ceiling into my dining room on the first floor. Had plumber out who had to use a camera snake to see if he could detect a leak which he did not. Then called an AC guy who also at first could not identify the AC as an issue. Well finally found the issue. It is two fold. First apparently #lennarhomes chose to use mobile home ducting for the AC lines in the attic. Secondly, #bayonetplumbing did a very bad job connecting this ducting to the unit. Michael is a poor excuse for a manager who doesn’t care about his customers or the work that’s his employees perform. Our daughter flushed a syringe (the one you’d get from CVS to administer liquid medication to your child) down her own toilet. We call Bayonet out and they say it’ll be $99. The guy gets here with an auger and jams it down the toilet, says the auger broke it up into pieces and “in his professional opinion the object has made its way to the sewer.” And charged $250.
