Tom Benson has been our Air Conditioning tech for several years. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain what he is doing and why. Tom never has a problem when I come up with off-the-wall questions, and answers them honestly. He is definitely a keeper :)

Had John Eurell from Bayonet stop by today to tell us our options on replacing our air conditioning system. He was very knowledgeable,friendly and most important he was honest.He was able to answer all of our questions as well as tell us our finance options that are available to us. I have to say he put out minds at ease knowing that we don't have to replace immediately. When we do need to replace the system we will definitely be calling Bayonet. Thanks guys !!!!

Our toilet was backing up & flooding the bathroom Monday evening. We had out of town company coming the next day. Our technician, Christopher Tracey, arrived much earlier then promised. He was very helpful & professional. He explained what he was doing & took extra steps to make sure it was done right. We were up & running in know time. Thanks so much for taking our emergency call.

Yesterday Darryl Arft arrived for our annual plumbing maintenance check. Little did he know that he would wrestle the shower control in our guest bathroom when it trickled out and would not mix for a warm shower. He immediately knew the cartridge would need to be replaced. And wrestle he did as this bathroom is not used often so the unit was "frozen" inside. Just had Bayonet Plumbing, Cooling, Heating yearly inspection done. I must say that I was very impressed with the professional job these two guy's did. They were polite and did a very thorough job. If anyone is looking for a Company to maintain plumbing, cooling, heating unit give them a try. Thank you Bayonet, Very Happy Customer!
