We have used Bayonet Plumbing for over 20 years and have always found their service to be excellent. we recently had an issue with our AC unit and Dominique was our technician. he was professional and knowledgeable and had our unit working very quickly. thank you, Dominique!

Christopher Tracey responded to our call to Bayonet for a blocked sewer. He showed up less than an hour after we placed our call. He was very professional. He had to clear sewer blockage in our sewer line that was near the street. Not only did he do an outstanding job, he was very friendly and personable. I had the pleasure of having John Eurell come by this week to do my service on the AC unit at my house. He was on time and very polite. He took the time to clean and check everything on my 1987 unit and wasn't bothered by my nosey labradoodle that followed him around while he did his inspection. This has been a great company that I have had them check my system every six months for the last 6 years. Since my AC is on day and night almost the whole years here in Spring Hill, Fl.

I have been working for Bayonet Point Plumbing Heating and Air in the warehouse now for about 7 months and it is by far the best job I have had management is outstanding same with the work environment I do a lot of work that is behind the scenes that most companies don't seem to appreciate that much but the level of appreciation that is shown for the hard work we put out is outstanding I see a career in my future not just a job thank you bayonet for giving me this opportunity. Tom Benson from Bayonet came by this morning, on time, and provided first installment of the annual A/C & plumbing maintenance program he kicked off for us for 2016. Tom has been here before and has been helpful in identifying the drain pipe clogging problem we have had with our system. Believe he may have solved the problem today, but will be sure to request Tom for the next scheduled maintenance so he can wrap it up. John Eurell came out to our house to do a preventative maintenance which is part of the MVP program. He was very polite and helpful. He provided several good ideas in the upkeeping and safeguarding our air conditioning system. I really felt his manners and politeness went above and beyond the norm. He exceeded my expectations. We call in the morning and they told us the technician from Bayonet Plumbing Cooling Heating would be arriving in the next hour, sure enough Jim Gantz was at my door step, I am thankful and greatfull for his service and dedication, he explain step by step what he was doing. His costumer service was beyond professional. I Thank You Jim Gantz and Bayonet for such a wonderful expirience and for a promptly service!
