We had a maintenance check done on our plumbing, One bathroom was not usable do to the faucets etc being "frozen", Todd Brown was our tech, he did an excellent job, and very polite and patient with all the questions We now have a fully functional bathroom , for the first time in 7 years Thank you Todd, you are welcome back anytime. Our water heater passed away Wednesday evening, and water was running out the bottom, across the garage floor, and out into the street. We turned off the water and after only a call or two to Bayonet, they sent us Todd Brown. Todd was all business but friendly and informative. Todd Brown totally restored our faith in Bayonet. Yesterday, we had a service call to have a new faucet installed. The faucet we purchased would not work with the configuration of stuff under the sink. The plumber stated that a new hose would solve our problem and put one on order (or so we thought). I've had Chris Tracey out to my house twice now. Today he did my first plumbing inspection. On both his visits I learned more about the maintenance of my house than I ever did from reading the owner's info from my builder.
