I purchased their MVP services. They gave me a time frame of 12-4 to come out, which is a huge chunk of my work day. After just about 4 hours of waiting, they called to tell me they couldn't come out and didn't have anyone to come out, even though I was willing to wait even longer. No options were given. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get one until Monday. I suppose they don't really need my business. I just don't get it. How does anyone mindfully run a business like this? Bad experience had issue with water heater, plumber came in in didnt even look at the water heater and want to replace it right away since he saw water dripping, got charged $55 for doing nothing.
