Get directionsI purchased the MVP plan in July 2021 that consists of two preventative maintanence cleanings. During the second cleaning appointment in April 2022, technician was not able to complete the work due to bad weather and the service department rescheduled the work to two weeks later. However, the second cleaning has not been completed so far. Fom April to December the company moved/rescheduled my appointment several times stating that the technician was running late due to prior jobs and won't be able to complete my work on thos... read more
SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First of all, I had to call for 2 hours straight to get anyone to answer. Unfortunately I was told I had to go through them since I have a warranty with my new build. I wish I would have done more research. The technician came out and said we needed a new coil and 2 pounds of coolant. He said just the coolant and for them to come out was $315 and the part was going to be $800 not including any labor. Less than 24 hours later, we woke up and the thermostat was set at 77 and it was 80 degre... read more
Your driver in #143 truck, just rode the back of my car flashing his lights then proceeded to pass me and cut my car off going 90mph. I have my two year old in my car scared to death. Then he proceeded to flick me off. Real nice bayonet.
My first poor experience with Bayonet was signing up for their MVP program, which involved 2 AC tune ups per year. They scheduled me for a date a few weeks out. The day of the appointment I get a text saying they have to reschedule. Can’t offer another date for almost 3 more weeks. Feeling like a real MVP already! Well now, we came home from vacation to a hot house. Immediately called Bayonet at noon on a Saturday. They couldn’t give a timeframe but assured me someone would be out by the end of the day. So we waited. And w... read more
I had a MVP maintenance service appointment on March 31st and they never showed up and didn't even call until 2 hours after the appointment to say they couldn't make it. My appointment was rescheduled for April 2nd and again they didn't show up. I get a phone call 3.5 hours later from Alejandro asking me if it's raining. If he would have shown up between the scheduled time rain would not have been an issue. I called customer service the following Tuesday requesting to speak with a manager for a refund and was told there wa... read more
Really getting jerked around. As a VIP member I’m unable to get maintenance appointment completed. Had one Scheduled for April 19. I booked it last November because scheduling was a problem even back then. I called the day before to confirm and Bayonet also sent me a text at 7:47 am and again at 2:04 pm confirming appointment for the next morning. At 3:27 pm I get a text saying they can’t make the appointment and cannot reschedule me until June!!! So they all of a sudden realized they were hopelessly overbooked? At this p... read more

Business response:
Mr. Miller: we are very sorry to read these words. We checked in with one of our New Construction Managers for feedback. He said that the materials in the photo, a Flowguard Gold CPVC water pipe, Flowguard fittings, Sioux Chief water hammer arrestor, and an Accor Technology supply line with push/pull shutoff, are all name-brand, state-of-the-art products specifically requested and itemized by several of our National-franchised building partners. These items are chosen for their reliability and quality. We install these items... read more
I purchased a service agreement based on a sales pitch that made sense to me regarding the warranty on my air conditioner. I booked my first maintenance visit on line for Monday August 30. My confirmation came back for November 5. August to November? Totally unacceptable. I called and the gentleman said that’s the first opening for maintenance and that I can pour vinegar into the pvc pipes of the air handler and suction out the drain. I can’t climb a 10ft ladder to reach my air handler and this is why I am paying you.... read more
Business response:
Barbara, We understand this timeline is not ideal, but due to the changing of seasons and the influx of maintenance services, the earliest we can offer you is November 5th. We understand your frustrations as you are unable to reach your air handler to perform temporary maintenance until our service technician can arrive. What we can do is add you to our cancellation list and let you know if something opens up sooner. Sincere regards, Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
Bayonet seems to think it’s ok to go a few days without AC. No solution provided, No estimated time of getting it fixed. Technician lied to us. If you Want to Sweat, then call Bayonet...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!
