Charging more than twice the suggested retail for a thermostat is less than fair. I had a good experience with the technical ability of the rep, but ended up feeling cheated. Went from a 5 star ratings to a 1. I will be posting my experience on social media. Would have liked to give you a top review, but cannot due to price gouging.

My home was manufactured in 2014 and the ac was installed by Bayonet. Apparently Lennox had a lawsuit replace the coils for free parts and labor for 2014-2017 models. Bayonet should have reached out since they installed the unit, but they didn't.My local ac guy advised told call Bayonet to see if they would do the labor for free because the original installer especially in subdivisions have more power with Lennox. I was told over the phone that I needed to pay a $99 fee to have it inspected and the year that I had was covere... read more

We have been in our brand new home for 2 1/2 years and we have had issues with Bayonent install from literally day one! In our very first night in our brand new home we had to stay at a hotel because Our plumbing was installed incorrectly, and that was the first of many plumbing issues we have had. Now our A/C has gone out and I knew we shouldn’t have called them because as usual they are late! And of course when you call the office, oh no you were scheduled for 12-4 not 8-12... I have heard this line for their tardiness jus... read more

By answering the phone, responding to messages, sticking to service call schedules, & actually showing up for follow-up appointments.

$300 wasted. Plumber snaked sink but could not find the other end of pipe and did not make an effort in locating it. He did however attempt to sell us a water softener, which is ridiculous since he couldn’t guarantee snaking the drain would solve our solution. Called a competitor after sink continued to back up and they were able to find the end of the mainline within 15 minutes of arriving.

Really upset that we wasted 2 days waiting for someone to show up We purchased a David Weekley home and are trying to have a gas dryer hooked up. 12 to 4 yesterday no called or showed up. Several voice from you guys to set up new appointment for today explained to Brittney that we can meet Todd at 5:15 to 5:45 put me on a hold and said that will work. Now 6:15 and we had to call again because no one shows up. Very disspointed

On day 2 of waiting for Bayonet to get here and fix the problem. The air conditioner has been turning on and off by itself. The tech yesterday didn’t fix the issue. Now I’m on day 2 of sitting home with no air waiting for a tech. I was supposed to go out of town today but this has completely shot my last two days. 👎🏻 Since it’s Saturday they can’t even give me an estimate of when the tech will get here. No thanks.

My elderly parents have used Bayonet for 26 years. It used to be wonderful with twice a year reminders to check the A/C, and they also paid for "VIP" service. Apparently the company is a lot bigger now (VIP is not what it used to be). 24 hour emergency service basically means that you can leave a message for techs to be seen on the next business day- don't get an emergency on Sunday. They called a real emergency service and had A/C fixed that night. It is sad when companies grow so much that they forget their mission.
