If you want a company to take your money for not doing work, this is the company to call. We had an emergency last night, a pipe busted outside our home. Having no clue what to do I called our water company who was closed and was transferred to the Sheriffs utility department who told me I needed to call a plumber. I called bayonet. I purchased the MVP plan in July 2021 that consists of two preventative maintanence cleanings. During the second cleaning appointment in April 2022, technician was not able to complete the work due to bad weather and the service department rescheduled the work to two weeks later. SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First of all, I had to call for 2 hours straight to get anyone to answer. Unfortunately I was told I had to go through them since I have a warranty with my new build. I wish I would have done more research. The technician came out and said we needed a new coil and 2 pounds of coolant. He said just the coolant and for them to come out was $315 and the part was going to be $800 not including any labor.
