Michael is a poor excuse for a manager who doesn’t care about his customers or the work that’s his employees perform. Our daughter flushed a syringe (the one you’d get from CVS to administer liquid medication to your child) down her own toilet. We call Bayonet out and they say it’ll be $99. The guy gets here with an auger and jams it down the toilet, says the auger broke it up into pieces and “in his professional opinion the object has made its way to the sewer.” And charged $250. If you want a company to take your money for not doing work, this is the company to call. We had an emergency last night, a pipe busted outside our home.
