Amazing services and excellent communication I’ve been working with Birdeye for over 6 months now, and have felt that not only the services and platforms they offer have been beneficial and easy to use, but also you can feel that their customer service is a major priority, as I have been cared for, listened to, and supported through each step of our contract. A good ending. Terrible experience onboarding initially, absolutely painful. Multiple meetings were rescheduled, wasting my time. Requests not actioned or followed up, phone calls that were promised not made. I wanted to break contract. And then I got to Rabih! From there forward the process was fast, efficient and pain free. Fantastic Product for streamlining reviews & updating listings (google, apple, bing etc) We operate 4 restaurants and responding to reviews in a timely manner is essential. Birdeye helps me to achieve this without constantly logging in and out of Google, Triip Advisor, FB etc which became too tedious. The ease makes it possible to respond to all review platforms quickly and the AI is great.
