I’m so disgusted in them. They promise the world. Do not help , take money and just down right don’t care . Never ever use them. They do not follow through with any help . They change workers constantly.

Horrible experience after using Birdeye for the last 2 years. Some features such as the referrals functionality (a key reason we switched from Podium at the time) were initially built into our service level, then later removed and added behind another paywall. Constant harrassment of our staff by 'Customer Success Managers' for not sending enough review requests was a huge headache. Hope you never need to cancel, as this requires a minimum 90 days notice (!!!) before your renewal date, or the contract renews for another 12-m... read more

Worst company I have dealt with, they don't do the things that they say they are going to do or that they charge you for. They are quite happy to set you up and take your money but if you have a query or complaint they don't want to know, they had the wrong company linked to my Google reviews and when I told them this they said "Do you have a web company that can fix it" my answer was yes you are my web company! ILLEGALLY CHARGED US!! WE WISH WE NEVER SUBSCRIBE! We had confirmed IN WRITING by email that we had cancelled our renewal of our subscription and we found they automatically charged us last week. Awful experience. We wish we never subscribed.

Absolutely terrible, untrustworthy business! Software is very basic, giving your business little to no benefit at all. They implement a very harsh auto-renewing contract, but I got a feeling they'd keep billing, even after cancellation. Based in India Highly recommend if you are in my position wanting to cancel, put a merchant block on them. Request that they invoice the rest like an honest business.

We were unfortunate enough to take their services, it has proven to be useless. Not only it creates zilch, zero activity, but you are locked into a contract that appears you can never get out. Reminds me of the song "Hotel California" , you can check out anytime but you can never leave! At least I enjoy the song, but not Birdeye for sure!

BEWARE!! READ THE FINE PRINT!!! I've been trying to cancel my agreement for over 1 month now and have finally heard from someone based in Australia. I can't believe how sly and shady this company is, when I signed up I was told I am signings up on a 12 month contract and can cancel anytime after that. I have just been advised FOR THE FIRST TIME I had to provide 90 days notice prior to my 12 month contract ending that I wish to cancel and that the contract automatically rolls over for another 12 months so now I can't cancel u... read more

Have been trying to cancel the subscription for 2 months. Staff have not responded. Very disappointing as I might return to the service in the future. Painful to exit which make it hard to use them in the future. It is sad to have to come here and post negativity. Never want to do it.
