Stay away from Birdeye! It was a total loss of energy and money.

Absolutely terrible, untrustworthy business! Software is very basic, giving your business little to no benefit at all. They implement a very harsh auto-renewing contract, but I got a feeling they'd keep billing, even after cancellation. Based in India Highly recommend if you are in my position wanting to cancel, put a merchant block on them. Request that they invoice the rest like an honest business.

We were unfortunate enough to take their services, it has proven to be useless. Not only it creates zilch, zero activity, but you are locked into a contract that appears you can never get out. Reminds me of the song "Hotel California" , you can check out anytime but you can never leave! At least I enjoy the song, but not Birdeye for sure!

BEWARE!! READ THE FINE PRINT!!! I've been trying to cancel my agreement for over 1 month now and have finally heard from someone based in Australia. I can't believe how sly and shady this company is, when I signed up I was told I am signings up on a 12 month contract and can cancel anytime after that. I have just been advised FOR THE FIRST TIME I had to provide 90 days notice prior to my 12 month contract ending that I wish to cancel and that the contract automatically rolls over for another 12 months so now I can't cancel u... read more

Have been trying to cancel the subscription for 2 months. Staff have not responded. Very disappointing as I might return to the service in the future. Painful to exit which make it hard to use them in the future. It is sad to have to come here and post negativity. Never want to do it.

joined up to help get my business more reviews. When the product wasn't assisting in significantly increaseing our number of reviews I tried to cancel our subscription. It took over 6 months to cancel and they kept billing me the whole time dispite multiple communications saying the product wasn't getting results.

This company is a scam! After signing up to a 12 month contract with little results they continue to take monthly payments after the contract is completed and I have requested for the payments and contract to stop. They ignore emails, won't respond on the support chat. Absolute criminals! Robbing from a small business.

Poor Experience Poorer Results The system is so completely basic that an 8 year old could worknit out without spending thousands per year. They have an auto renew contract that catches nearly every user and do not back their statements with real facts. The reviews are mostly fake. It's Amazon for Google reviews. Poor value.

Very Poor communication system. Have been trying to cancel payments for some time. Payments still being taken from account. Unable to talk to anyone and calls not being returned. Trying to cancel arrangement and apparently unable to do by e.mail. Arranged Zoom meetings never materialize.
