Local SEO & Reviews We have been a customer of Birdeye for just over 15 months and have seen a significant increase in enquires from our Google listing. Great Product, Better Service! Not only has the Birdseye made life easier dealing with my clients but if I ever run into any trouble the customer service team is easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable!
This company refuses to stop account and continues to take money from my account even after contract has ended. They previously told me I hadn’t given them enough notice even though I had said I wanted out of contract 3 months in advance.. 1 year later and multiple emails , still taking money out!! I warned I would escalate so here we are..
