It has been brought to my attention that I have a listing on "birdeye". I have never been approached by "birdeye". Nor have i ever approached them to advertiseon my behalf. The listing contains incorrect information and is unsolicited by me. They do not have permission to use my information and never will.

Not Worth the Hype Birdeye completely overpromised and underdelivered. Rude and aggressive employees Also go against consumer protection laws.

Birdeye posted a fake negative review about my business on Google, while trying to solicit my business for their "business reputation" product. I received unsolicited Phone calls over the course of several weeks from Birdeye, then received an email one morning that Banchod had posted a negative review and Birdeye could fix it. The review posted by Banchod Is false and no "Banchod" ever contacted our company. Birdeye posted the review in an effort to acquire my business. I’m so disgusted in them. They promise the world. Do not help , take money and just down right don’t care . Never ever use them. They do not follow through with any help . They change workers constantly.

Horrible experience after using Birdeye for the last 2 years. Some features such as the referrals functionality (a key reason we switched from Podium at the time) were initially built into our service level, then later removed and added behind another paywall. Constant harrassment of our staff by 'Customer Success Managers' for not sending enough review requests was a huge headache. Hope you never need to cancel, as this requires a minimum 90 days notice (!!!) before your renewal date, or the contract renews for another 12-m... read more

Worst company I have dealt with, they don't do the things that they say they are going to do or that they charge you for. They are quite happy to set you up and take your money but if you have a query or complaint they don't want to know, they had the wrong company linked to my Google reviews and when I told them this they said "Do you have a web company that can fix it" my answer was yes you are my web company! ILLEGALLY CHARGED US!! WE WISH WE NEVER SUBSCRIBE! We had confirmed IN WRITING by email that we had cancelled our renewal of our subscription and we found they automatically charged us last week. Awful experience. We wish we never subscribed.
