Updated review These people will cold call you and then wow you with their great service and cool sounding product. They'll tell you to pay upfront for a year and they won't provide you with the appropriate paperwrok about a cooling off period and cancelation options which means you have a 6 month cooling off period under S82 of the consumer protection act. Watch out for the fine print! Birdeye has a clause, that if you pay a yearly subscription, then you need to action cancellation a whole 3 months before the subscription ends! And if try to cancel within those three months BEFORE your contract ends, they won't let you out of it, tell you repeatedly their legal team says it's not possible, and then you are on the hook for the whoppingly overpriced yearly package again. scam... money launderers.. using people's private accounts at the bank deceiving to buy them crypto.. manipulating Google to promote businesses.. fabricating work crews that make false deposits from wallet addresses that don't exist physical harm threats.. and the list goes on...

This company refuses to stop account and continues to take money from my account even after contract has ended. They previously told me I hadn’t given them enough notice even though I had said I wanted out of contract 3 months in advance.. 1 year later and multiple emails , still taking money out!! I warned I would escalate so here we are..

If I could give them zero stars I would. Have been battling with them for months to cancel the service and they keep saying I've missed the window to cancel. Have not had a recent contract signed and no invoices accompany my monthly bills. They refuse to answer emails, have not cancelled webchat after more than a year of requesting it to be cancelled. I'm at my wits end and don't know what else to do. Have reported them to ACCC but nothing has happened. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Absolute scam. Do not recommend this company at all. Refusing to cancel account and continuing to charge monthly fee. Buyer beware !!!!
