8 Seaside Sparrow was INCREDIBLE. We had 10 adults and 2 children under 3. The 2 upstairs bedrooms offered exceptional sleeping arrangements for the kids - which allowed us ultimate flexibility to enjoy loud games and fun after they had gone to sleep. The 3rd row location was unbelievable and the 3 year old couldnt get enough of the small pool in the backyard - it was perfect for him and mom and dad to practice swimming on floaties. Our family had a great time at Hilton Head Island and Beach Properties was exceptional to work with. We had an easy process with them and had no issues at all. Will be ataying again with Beach Properties.

We had an absolutely great experience with Beach Properties of Hilton Head. They were easy to reach when we realized that we needed an extra car pass, they called us to make sure everything was right when we got there, and the photos and descriptions of the property were spot on. The only surprises we had were how amazing the views were from the deck ( even though they said they were) and how wonderfully quiet the property was in the midst of the insanity at South Beach. My family had an awesome vacation using Beach Propertys of Hilton Head! Our stay was perfect! We had a minor issue with the master bath, but it was taken care of without delay. The property was well maintained and just a short, very beautiful walk to the beach. I have used Beach Properties of Hilton Head many times and would definitely recommend their services.
Very professional. Reservations were made with a person, not just an **************. They followed up with us a couple times during our stay to make sure everything was good and asked if we needed help with anything. Also called 2 days before departure to go over departure procedures.
We recently rented a property from Beach Properties of Hilton Head and from the time I booked the reservation to the time of checkout, I could not have been happier!! The house was gorgeous and incredibly neat and clean. I was impressed that someone called to check in with ** a few times during our stay. We will most definitely book the same place for next summer!! The house was a short walk from the beach and they even furnished ** with beach towels. Ive never been happier with a vacation rental!
