Have used Beach Properties several times over the past few years. Always satisfied with the accommodations. Just returned from **** Windsor II. Beautiful condo with great views. We really like the complex and all the activities available. Will definitely be returning next spring.

We have always been happy with Beach Properties of Hilton Head. This year our family of 13 enjoyed a beautiful home in ************** at ************. It was perfect. The check in and out was seamless. We had all the information we needed prior to arrival. We had one issue with a bed and they were there and fixed it right away. They call and ask if we need anything and ask how we are enjoying the home My family all want to come back next year to the same place!

Beach Properties of Hilton Head always does a great job with our reservations. We stayed at Windsor Court and the property was beautiful. Always enjoy our time their.

We booked a stay at 2 Lands End on Hilton Head Island. The booking process was effortless and communication was up to our stay was excellent. The property itself is in an excellent location near South Beach and within walking distance of the ******* We were pleased with the views from the back of this property and enjoyed the seating area outside. We have been visiting Hilton head Island for many years and always have used Beach properties for our reservations. We have never had a bad experience. All of the villas we have ever rented were in excellent condition with beautiful views of the ocean and the beach. I highly recommend them.

We just returned from HHI and stayed at Beachside Tennis, Unit ****. We were impressed with the unit and how well it was maintained. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for the baths and soaps, etc. The view was wonderful. Watched the deer every morning, from the balcony, while eating breakfast. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying there to anybody interested in staying on Hilton Head Island.****** T 6/2/2023

We just spent 2 weeks in 406 Barrington Arms. This condo was amazing! The renovation is just stunning! We had stayed here 2 years ago & liked it, but what a difference now! The kitchen is beautiful & well stocked, furniture comfortable with a beautiful ocean view from living *************** The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous-right out of HGTV. Shower was heavenly! Plenty of closet space. Most of the appliances were brand new- right out of their boxes. Its obvious from the doors to furniture, the owners g... read more

My wife and I have rented Hilton Head condos through Beach Properties for several years and they make the process easy. Their website is informative and easy to use, they put everything in writing and its easy to understand. On the rare occasion that we have had a minor issue with the condo, they were available by phone and immediately addressed the issue.
