We had an absolutely great experience with Beach Properties of Hilton Head. They were easy to reach when we realized that we needed an extra car pass, they called us to make sure everything was right when we got there, and the photos and descriptions of the property were spot on. The only surprises we had were how amazing the views were from the deck ( even though they said they were) and how wonderfully quiet the property was in the midst of the insanity at South Beach. My family had an awesome vacation using Beach Propertys of Hilton Head! Our stay was perfect! We had a minor issue with the master bath, but it was taken care of without delay. The property was well maintained and just a short, very beautiful walk to the beach. I have used Beach Properties of Hilton Head many times and would definitely recommend their services.

Very professional. Reservations were made with a person, not just an **************. They followed up with us a couple times during our stay to make sure everything was good and asked if we needed help with anything. Also called 2 days before departure to go over departure procedures.

We recently rented a property from Beach Properties of Hilton Head and from the time I booked the reservation to the time of checkout, I could not have been happier!! The house was gorgeous and incredibly neat and clean. I was impressed that someone called to check in with ** a few times during our stay. We will most definitely book the same place for next summer!! The house was a short walk from the beach and they even furnished ** with beach towels. Ive never been happier with a vacation rental!

We have used Beach Properties to book rentals several times and have always been satisfied with our experience with them. We just returned from 6 Wood Ibis. The property was true to the photos and descriptions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was well equipped and had plenty of room for our family of 10. We loved the close proximity to the beach. We were sad to leave and would love to stay here again! We rented a large house on ********************* in Hilton Head. The house was very clean upon arrival and very well equipped for our multi-generational family. I was very impressed that Beach Properties called a few hours after we arrived to make sure everything was in good shape, and to see if we had any questions. They also called again the day before check out to make sure everything had gone well during the week and to ask if there was anything wrong with the house that they needed to address.
