We spent eight weeks at ************* 301 in February and March 2024. Our condo was perfect for us, with updated furniture and finishes, well appointed kitchen and great primary suite shower! We have been visiting Hilton Head for 30+ years, including previously owning our own property in **************, so we appreciate the thoroughness of maintenance of the condo and property grounds. We have booked our stay for next winter, and are looking forward to our next visit.
We have used Beach Properties for the past eight years. The homes have always been clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well appointed.The customer service is top notch! Any minor issues were addressed immediately .We have already booked for 2025!

We stayed a week at **************. The experience was great. The unit was perfect and the follow-up attention from Beach Properties was very nice. They reached out to us after check-in to answer any questions we might have. They also followed up before checkout to make sure our stay had been up to our expectations.
We stayed at 1883 Beachside Tennis a few weeks ago. The property was beautiful! The view inside and out was gorgeous. We spent 3 months at ****Villamare. The views from the lanais are spectacular. The 2 bedroom condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We just finished a 6 day stay at *** Barrington Park, we were very happy with the villa. It was very clean, updated & everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable, wonderful shower. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. The view of the lagoon was so relaxing. We have booked with Beach Properties for several years, several times a year & have always been very satisfied. We highly recommend this property- you won’t be disappointed!
We rented 8 Longboat in ************** from Beach Properties in February and it was fabulous!Great location on the front beach and wonderful responsiveness from Beach Properties to every request.We would certainly return!
We recently stayed in a beautiful 3rd floor Villa in South Beach at Hilton Head Island with Beach Properties. The Villa had spectacular views, nice furniture, and very nice amenities. It was a great location. We received a very fair rental rate for this 3 Bedroom unit. Beach Properties was great to work with, from the initial reservation to checkout. We would absolutely recommend Beach Properties. We have used them before, this most recent trip was great, and we will use them again in the future.
