We stayed at ************** Arms and it was a beautiful newly renovated oceanfront condo. Everything was in perfect condition and we enjoyed our stay. I always love staying in ************** and usually stay in the Windsor buildings. This was our first time in Barrington and we loved it just as much. We stayed at **************. Great oceanfront condos on the beach. Condos are roomy & pool is nice. Nice place to walk or ride bikes.
The condo we rented through Beach Properties of Hilton Head was great. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Instructions were posted on how to operate the various electronics. Thank you Beach Properties of Hilton Head!
We stayed at3103 Sea Crest. Check-in was a breeze because they emailed us the code to the door so we could enter the villa immediately upon arrival, and they mailed us our parking passes well in advance. Beach Properties of Hilton Head called us after we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. They supplied starter packs of dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and clothes detergent/dryer sheets. I have rented from Beach Properties multiple times and have always been pleased with their service and attention to details. I like that they call during your vacation to see if you need anything or if they can do anything. Their houses are always so clean and comfortable that we will continue to use them for future visits.

2 Oyster Catcher was a perfect house for us, our children, and grandchildren and we will consider it again in the future. Easy walk to the beach and access to Beach Club. Beach Properties has helped us several times through the years and we will definitely use them again as they are very attentive and the houses well maintained!
