101 Barrington Arms was a wonderful condo! Very nicely updated. The lighting was good, especially in the bathrooms, where that doesnt always occur. The bed was comfortable, kitchen stocked very well. We were a little concerned about a first floor unit being over the garage, but there was no noise whatsoever. Being an end unit was great, the view was beautiful- we watched an alligator in the lagoon from the balcony. The condo was very clean- much appreciated! We would absolutely stay here again & I highly recommend this unit!

Excellent customer service from booking to check out. Great communication throughout the entire process. Also a follow up call shortly after our departure to thank us and making sure we did not have any concerns. Rental property was in an excellent location. This was our first time visiting this property. However we do visit Hilton Head almost every year in October! This unit was on the first floor, but it was situated to allow ocean views which my wife loved. The unit was well decorated and very clean. A good supply of both bed linens and towels were supplied to each bedroom (also the fold out couch)! We enjoyed the nightly views of the incoming boats and the early morning sunrises. ********************************** is a beautiful modern home. Five minute walk to the beach.Plenty of common space and private space too. Recommend you heat the pool if you intend to use it. Yard is shady. Comfortable seating and plenty of it, good beds. Two refrigerators and working grill. We had 15 for the week and had plenty of space. Some beach toys and boogie boards in lower level as well as ping pong. Would rent here again.
