I would like to say I got the best customer service from Diara. Her professionalism , knowledge, and expertise was second to none. Any information I need to know about the property, she was on point. With her warning attitude, it will help anyone have a great day. Every company needs a rep like this.

This review is strictly regarding the concierge. I highly value the concierge’s team that is in place at 1280 W Condominiums in Atlanta. I must say outstanding service by Juquoyah (Coco). She is hands-down one of my favorites, not to say that the others do not deserve praise as they do (Aesha, Lexi’s, Tomas etc.) but Coco, for me, consistently goes above ans beyond with common courtesy’s that seem to have gotten lost along the way of customer service. My condo complex has had an ongoing issue with a damaged ceiling in the parking lot stair tower for over a year. I have called multiple times, talked to many people, and nothing was done, The property managers for our site never return calls--the same goes for the executive management. I recently had an issue with a Bill Pay services payment from my bank that went to the PO Box address for Beacon. I contacted Yvonne Reyes, who immediately called me back and suggested that I call customer support. I will be honest and say up-front that I have not had the best experience in the past with customer support.
