This review is strictly regarding the concierge. I highly value the concierge’s team that is in place at 1280 W Condominiums in Atlanta. I must say outstanding service by Juquoyah (Coco). She is hands-down one of my favorites, not to say that the others do not deserve praise as they do (Aesha, Lexi’s, Tomas etc.) but Coco, for me, consistently goes above ans beyond with common courtesy’s that seem to have gotten lost along the way of customer service.   For example, always, regardless of stress level, regardless of the numb... read more

My condo complex has had an ongoing issue with a damaged ceiling in the parking lot stair tower for over a year. I have called multiple times, talked to many people, and nothing was done, The property managers for our site never return calls--the same goes for the executive management. Anyway, on my last call I spoke to Karolina and told her my problem and she said she could help me. Give Beacon Management 5 star rating. This 5 star is especially to Karolina! She is really helpful and caring and solved my problem in a professional and efficient way. My problem is involved with a neighbor. Karolina solved the problem step by step. She first sent warnings. Then, when no effect, she called and told the neighbor what he did is not allowed and provided the solution. And this solution was accepted by the neighbor and the issue is finally solved. 3/18/ I recently sold my home in the Parkview Subdivision. I had to work with the closing department. My person of contact was Ivette Gomez. She was so kind and friendly in helping with such a smooth transaction in business, her knowledge and expertise was excellent. I recently had an issue with a Bill Pay services payment from my bank that went to the PO Box address for Beacon. I contacted Yvonne Reyes, who immediately called me back and suggested that I call customer support. I will be honest and say up-front that I have not had the best experience in the past with customer support.
