Barrington Estates Homeowners Association has worked with Beacon Management Services for the past 3+ years. They are who we hired to replace the builders management company as the association was turned over to the residents. We interviewd several management companies and Beacon was a unanimous pick amongst the Board memebers. The leadership of both Steve and Lisa have always been available and hands on when needed.
