I have worked with the Staff representing Windsor Over Peachtree and truly appreciate all of their assistance. While I am a REALTOR, I work with and assist many homeowners in the building, coordinating various subcontractors and tenant related issues. Each time I have requested assistance, by either Nikki Butler or ZeeAnn Parks, I find their response time and information to be quick and informative. Thank you, for making my job easier!
We are a landscaping company who serves Beacon Management and their homeowners. They are an extremely professional organization to work with and do an excellent job communicating with us on their wants and needs. Haya Whitsett, one of Beacon's Managers, is a true pleasure to work with and is always available to help answer any questions or concerns from us in a timely manner. We work with many management companies throughout Atlanta and Beacon Management is certainly one of, if not the best, in town.
I have seen a lot of Building Management Services come and go in our building during the 15+ years I have lived here and Beacon Management is by far the best we have had. Our Manager, Nikki Butler and Assistant Manager, ZeeAnn Parks have made a huge improvement in the quality of life in my building and have been able to accomplish change that others could only start.
I've been at the Windsor Over Peachtree in Midtown now for about 5 years. Over that time the building has switched management companies and the staff along with it a handful of times, at least 4 or so that I can recall. Some were adequate and others just downright horrible, either way they really do have a significant impact on a residents everyday life and can easily make it miserable. Karyn Raymer, property manager for Northridge, is always responsive and proactive when contacted. The property looks beautiful after the renovations were completed in January.
